Maafushi is the only Maldivian island with a local population and a large number of guest houses, making it one of the best islands to visit in the Maldives. Maafushi has risen to prominence as one of the Maldives' most beautiful islands.
Couples can go snorkelling and take catamaran rides, sunbathe on the sand bar in the north, and take a boat tour of the islands.
